Security Updates
Lantronix is committed to assist and support customers with regular software updates to bring in security vulnerability and other identified bug fixes. Our goal is to provide periodic software updates as per the below guidelines:
- The product has not yet reached its End of Software Maintenance release date (“EoSM”), as specified in Lantronix’s Product Discontinuation Notice (PDN) issued at the start of the end-of-life purchasing period for the product.
- Customers whose software is no longer covered under standard maintenance releases will be offered the option to purchase extended software support.
- No extended software support subscriptions (including renewals) with a term extending beyond EoSM will be sold after the end-of-life notification date in the product PDN.
